In my Wholock head cannon, Mike Stamford, Martha Jones, and John Watson all studied at Bart’s together. After Sherlock’s death, she’s there for John, supporting him in his efforts to overthrow the prejudice against Sherlock.

I think while watching this episode, the ship subconsciously buried itself in my head and nestled there, stealing the neighbor’s babies for tea time and the neighbors never knew until they stumbled upon this tumblr post.
I see no reason not to ship this. <3

In which I attempt Wholock fic.
Yesterday, I read this snippet of a fic (x) which involves Eleven and Molly, and now I want to read more set in that universe. Molly does remind me of a Who companion more so than Sherlock and John- she’d kick even more ass with the Doctor than she already does. And what was going to be a meta Wholock post turned into, well, this: (image used below found here):—
“You are extraordinary, Molly Hooper,” says the Doctor after they’re back in the TARDIS safely. While being trapped in an alien prison in the distant future wasn’t an experience Molly enjoyed, but it was worth it for this moment. No one had called her extraordinary before and meant it, especially not in that wondering sort of voice. Sherlock was always carelessly cruel, dismissing anyone who wasn’t him as ordinary. The others never saw her, not once, but the Doctor can see.
If she let him, the Doctor would hurt her a thousand times worse than Sherlock ever could. She won’t let him. Molly knows that any sort of relationship with a man shattered and taped back together imperfectly, impossibly old, could never end well. She knows that someday she’ll return to London and the morgue, Sherlock and her lonely flat (and that charming detective, Greg Lestrade, who once did a double-take when he saw her). For now, she’ll stay with the Doctor. She suspects he needs her in a way that she doesn’t need him, and it’s nice to be extraordinary.
She smiles back at him as the TARDIS hums around her. ”Where should we go next?” Molly asks, laughing.
Sometimes I just love this fandom. These fandoms. Whatever. kisdjsdl;sdf!!!!
